At Proven Winners®, we strive to make the process from our webshop to your garden as smooth and transparent as possible. Below you will find all the information about the ordering and shipping process.

Shipping countries

As standard, we ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, France and Germany. Would you like to have an order shipped to another country? Please contact us via the contact form or send an email to info@provenwinnersplants.com.

Payment methods

You can pay securely and reliably via Mollie. Depending on your location, we offer the following payment options:

• Netherlands: iDeal, credit card, Klarna
• Belgium: Bancontact, credit card, Klarna
• Germany: Sofort Bezahlung, credit card, Klarna
• France: Cartes Bancaires, credit card, Klarna

Shipping costs

We use high-quality shipping packaging and reliable courier services to ensure that your order arrives in optimal condition. Shipping costs are charged separately and are as follows:

• The Netherlands: €10.95 (free shipping for orders over €150)
• Belgium: €15.95 (free shipping for orders over €150)
• Germany: €21.95 (free shipping for orders over €250)
• France: €27.95. These are the standard costs for 1 or 2 plants. For each additional plant, you pay an extra €4.95.

Shipping times

We want to ensure that the products arrive in the best possible condition. The less time the plants spend in a box, the better. In addition, we collect plants from our specialist growers every week to ensure that the product is as fresh as possible. This means that it sometimes takes a little longer for your order to be delivered.

For the Netherlands and Belgium, the delivery time is 2 to 5 working days. If you place your order just before we collect the plants from the grower, the delivery time is one or two working days. If you place your order just after that, it can take up to 5 working days. 

For France and Germany, we prefer to ship on Mondays. The shipping time to Germany and France is 3-4 working days. When shipped on Monday, the order is usually delivered before the weekend, so the plants spend the least amount of time in transit. If you place an order after Monday, it may mean that the order will not be shipped until the following Monday, and it will take more than a week for the order to be delivered.

Shipping packaging

We carefully pack the plants in a special sturdy box designed to transport plants safely. The sturdy box protects the branches and leaves, while clever cut-outs ensure that the plant stays securely in place. We also wrap the pot in a biodegradable bag to ensure that the soil stays in the pot during transport. 

Even though we pack the plants carefully, they do not receive any water or light during transport. Because we deliver plants in sizes L and XL, the plants can cope with this. However, the plants may sometimes need a little time to recover after transport.
