Returns
Preferably not, of course, because it is not good for the quality of the plants. But according to the law, you are entitled to do so. Would you still like to return an order? Please contact us. We advise you to check carefully in advance whether the plants you have chosen are suitable for you, so that returns are not necessary.
Return conditions
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt.
- The plant must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept damaged or used plants.

How to return a plant?
- Register your return – Send us an email with your order number and reason for return.
- Package the plant carefully – Use the original packaging to prevent damage.
- Send the package – Send it to our return address via a parcel service. We will provide you with the return address after you have requested a return. Keep the proof of shipment.
- Refund – Once we receive the plant in good condition, we will refund the purchase price as soon as possible.
